As OneTrust expands its platform to incorporate more workflow-based items, I was given the task of exploring how an OT customer’s experience can be enhanced in a mobile context.
As a part of the OneTrust UX Team, I was to consider how a user interacts with the platform on-the-go and how the OT business interacts with all its employees to contribute to this process and subsequently design a mobile OneTrust application.
